courtesy buses run to all car parks including Terminal 5 and can be boarded to take you to the departures lounge.
Arrival Procedure: T5 car park operates
an Automatic Number Plate Recognition system at the entrance barrier, as you approach, the barrier will automatically lift
allowing entry to the car park. Please take the printed ticket as you enter the car park as this confirms your booking details
and is also your exit ticket, now proceed to the zone indicated on the ticket and park your car. Transfer to the airport terminal
is from the nearest courtesy bus stop.
Departure Procedure: To depart from T5 long stay car park simply drive up to the barrier and insert the ticket you were issued with
upon entry and the barrier will lift allowing you to exit the car park.

Park Security: Terminal 5 long stay car park has 24hr security patrols, CCTV surveillance cameras operating
and is enclosed by security fencing.
