Arrival Procedure: Terminal 1: From the tunnel follow the signs for terminal
1 departures, keep left going up the ramp towards "Parking Short Stay" set down point, your chauffer will be waiting
past the 2nd pedestrian crossing at the end of the car park. Terminal 2: From the tunnel follow the
signs for T2 Short Stay, you will be met by the chauffer at the beginning of the set down lane. Terminal 3:
From the tunnel follow the signs for T3, keep right through the lights and follow the signs for "Premier kerbside Checkin"
and you will be met at the beginning of the furthest lane from the T3 building which is on your right. Terminal
4: On approach to T4 go up the ramp towards departures keeping to the left. Follow the sign "Departures Set
Down Point" and the chauffer will be waiting between the front & middle of lanes 2&3 under the "British
Airways Express Parking sign". Terminal 5: You will be sent the full instructions for the arrival
procedure to T5 via Email when this service is booked.
Departure
Procedure: After you have collected your luggage please call UB8 on the number provided, the transfer
bus will then collect you and take you back to the car park to collect your vehicle.
Car Park Security: UB8 car park is fully fenced and is topped with razor wire, manned
24 hours a day and is covered by CCTV cameras.
